Data State Inspectorate shall inform that information regarding the progress of specific submissions or inspection files will not be provided during consultations. In order to receive such information, the Inspectorate shall invite the official responsible for the proceedings to be contacted.
In certain cases, the Director may determine a different time for the provision of advice.
Documents shall be accepted by the Inspectorate using mail, electronic mail (documents signed with a secure electronic signature).
